Imposter analysis

Is there a way we can examine ourselves without self conscious analysis?

If I tried to summarize the last two years of my life as an artist I’d honestly not know where to begin. And yet I must. It’s been a whirlwind of learning, growing, planning, strategizing, praying, creating, destroying, and more adjectives that would be excessive to try to list here. Most of the biggest challenges I’ve had are from ego and fear. Feeling like what you’re doing is pointless or a waste of time is something I think everyone deals with at some point. Fear I think is propelled by ego. It seems like whenever I encounter resistance in my mind to progress or change I tend to rebel or resent the situation. This usually is resolved with mental examination of my heuristics. Otherwise it can spill into my daily life. Getting ahead of my thoughts seems to be my only remedy.

“Deep breaths,” I tell myself, “watch your breathing.” ~ F.A.R.

We have to tell ourselves the truth. They way people look ag us let's us like what we think of ourselves. If you're a "head turner" theb u look good. When they go out of their way to ignore you...maybe look in the mirror . This isn't against you, it's in response to examining ourselves. Seattle is the worst at judging people. When is Jr next gig -been looking for sum underground action 🎬. Do you film?
